Short project presentation
Villa OX is a luxurious private villa in Istria with over 400 m² of living space spread across three levels – including a spacious living room, kitchen, six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms, utility rooms in the basement, and connected communication areas such as staircases, niches, and hallways.
The team’s task was to precisely measure the entire property for the production of custom-made furniture and interior wall claddings, ensuring that every element perfectly fits the existing architecture. The project’s complexity required technology that guarantees millimeter-level accuracy and complete digital control over all stages — from measurement to final installation.
Flexijet 3D in the service of precision
For the purposes of this project, we carried out a complete 3D measurement using the Flexijet system — a device that enables laser-accurate spatial scanning and direct synchronization with CAD software.
All areas of the villa, including complex elements such as curved walls, staircases, and niches, were digitized in real time, eliminating the need for manual sketches and repeat site visits.
The resulting digital model served as the basis for designing furniture, wall claddings, and seating elements in the living room, ensuring that every component was perfectly adapted to the architectural geometry of the building.
Final execution
Based on the Flexijet measurements, the company Design360 designed and installed the complete set of custom-made furniture, including:
- the entire living room with integrated seating elements,
- the kitchen with customized cabinets and wall claddings,
- six bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms,
- hallways, staircases, and auxiliary spaces (laundry room, machine room, entertainment area).
The combination of precise 3D measurement and high-quality craftsmanship resulted in an interior that exudes functionality and elegance – without the need for any corrections or additional measurements.
