Short presentation of the project
Challenge
The client needed a reconstruction of an apartment consisting of three separate units, with a clear focus on precision and space optimization. Each unit had to include a sleeping area, kitchen, and bathroom, with a modern and functional design. Special attention was given to the space between the bedroom and bathroom, which had to be separated by glass walls to make the space feel larger and more airy.
The key challenges of the project included:
- Precise measurement of the existing state of the old apartment to obtain accurate data for efficient reconstruction.
- Maximizing the use of space in each unit to ensure functionality without compromising aesthetics.
- Combining glass walls with privacy in the bathrooms, allowing for an airy space while maintaining discretion for the users.
Solution
For this project, a 3D Flexijet device was used, enabling extremely precise three-dimensional space measurement. This technology allowed the design team to digitally recreate the existing space with minimal deviations, thereby optimizing the planning of the future reconstruction.
Results
